Avantages
They are very supportive with your life goals mostly depending on your management. The company as a whole does have great support for career building and mental health support. They do hire people with disabilities. It can be interesting what you get to price.
Inconvénients
They dont pay you like at all for other retail jobs you can get this one pays so low. The raises were funny receiving 10 cents more gee thanks. Its kind of a mixed bag with management and how good they are. Some are really to the tee with the rules micromanagers and other are alright and lax. All the store are different in how they run too, District management has different rules they stress based on the area, Its a very hard job on your body after awhile if you work in the warehouse. You stand a lot and it is very dirty. This is a job to get you started working, Not a place you stay.
