      After being given a promotion I took on many new job responsibilities that helped me flourish at my work.

      Despite being very happy with my performance and numbers, upper management offered a raise and position title they never delivered on.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
