      Avantages

      Benefits. Great coworkers (varies on store location, obviously). Hours. Easy work.

      Inconvénients

      One word, MANAGEMENT!! The manager is a bully and extremely hateful. She's definitely a mean girl and speaks down on all her employees. Acts on emotion and not for the benefit of the business.

      Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

      Inconvénients

      Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
