Worse Company I have ever worked for - Avis employé Key Holder Goodwill

They do not care about their employees, all they care about is profit even though they are supposed to be nonprofit. They say they work with people with barriers but that is not true. Anyone who ever had a barrier had it used against them. Every store Ive been to and worked at had the worse management possible. They don't care how horrible managers are as long as their numbers and profit are good. There were many times I saw racism, homophobia, intimidation, and more, but corporate did not care. It got swept under the rug never to be talked about again.
