      Lots of Vacation, Casual Dress

      Inconvénients

      Point System for Attendance is Horrible. You actually are given points for Missing work for Blizzard conditions. Sorry, My Life is more Valuable then driving in white white-out conditions and roads that are not drivable. Too many really stupid rules.

      Avantages

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Inconvénients

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
