Avantages
Good job for someone who needs extra money or who wants to gain experience in retail. You meet a lot of interesting individuals.
Inconvénients
Corporate is not helpful. A ton of favoritism between management and certain employees. Getting full time is not based on work ethic but who has been there the longest and from my experience, who is the managers favorites. Many rules are broken and only some people are reprimanded for it. People shoplift so often and the company dosent want you to do anything about it but they bag check you before you leave so I guess they care more about their employees stealing rather than the customers who steal all the time. If you need to transfer they won't work with you. The HR women are quite rude and judgmental.
