      You can stay to your self and work.

      Inconvénients

      Management doesn't seem to see eye to eye at times. If you want to move up in the company it depends on who you talk to if you get answered. If you leave and come back you start at the bottom with pay.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
