      Avantages

      Flexible hours. A thrift store isn't exactly a wickedly difficult job. It's aesthetic, it's what you make it.

      Inconvénients

      Customers can sometimes be off their ever loving rockers. And sometimes the coworkers as well. I don't know who still works there but the favoritism was ridiculous as well as just the infighting and petty clique drama.

      Avantages

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Inconvénients

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
