      Avantages

      - Lovely people but they won't stay long - Great reputation so it's a good stepping stone for your career in Japan's design industry

      Inconvénients

      - Unprofessional, toxic environment including passive aggressiveness and bullying - Employees get thrown under the bus by the management for the management's own mistakes and indecisiveness - Lots of talk about improvement but nothing happens - Wanna-be lean but processes are waterfall and top-down - Long hours and terrible compensation - Short-term thinking and lack of strategy, consistency & direction

      Avantages

      There are over 100 designers and PMs who actively share their knowledge. If you want to improve your design or PM skills, it's a great place to be. Additionally, they recognize design not just as a tool but as a driver of business innovation. If you're looking for an innovative design company in Japan, this is highly recommended.

      Inconvénients

      They closed their global office in Europe, so there is no longer a global environment.
