      Avantages

      - lots of passion for great design - foreign community within the company is great, like-minded people with lots of talent - some employees are quite international

      Inconvénients

      - focused on outward image, not much priority given to keeping employees satisfied - unclear business goals - ineffective management - high turnover rate for Tokyo office - increasing demands on employees but not enough support given to help employees achieve these goals - can at times feel more like a school environment than a professional workplace - the only "global" thing about the company is that there is a Goodpatch office in Berlin, but they operate under completely separate management. no real knowledge sharing between offices

      Avantages

      There are over 100 designers and PMs who actively share their knowledge. If you want to improve your design or PM skills, it's a great place to be. Additionally, they recognize design not just as a tool but as a driver of business innovation. If you're looking for an innovative design company in Japan, this is highly recommended.

      Inconvénients

      They closed their global office in Europe, so there is no longer a global environment.
