      Avantages

      I love this company, it's one of the bests globally, but specially in Guatemala. They have salaries above average and a lot of benefits, plus hybrid work.

      Inconvénients

      In Guatemala they don't have many job offers if you want to grow. Most of them are available for US or Europe.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
