Leading product, easy to sell. Loose guidlines on discounting, all about closing the deal and moving on towards the next sale within reason. Best CEO ever worked for, takes the time to get to know his employees, makes them feel important.
Inconvénients
Managements heavy focus on call Metrixs. Puts reps in a position in which you are sometimes calling someone just to meet a number rather then pursue a real opportunity.
