      Avantages

      All the pros you can imagine with the only exception being that hourly employees are exempt from the unlimited PTO, but they do give a decent amount to start with plus 12 extra company days and 11 holidays, it's honestly amazing. They care about work/life balance as well as the mental health and well-being of their employees.

      Inconvénients

      None really, pay could be more competitive but otherwise I'd definitely recommend this place.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
