      Avantages

      Most of the people are great to work with. They really do care and want to help. The pay and benefits are good with now a focus on work/life balance at least for non-management positions (management positions were expected to constantly work overtime).

      Inconvénients

      Restructuring of teams is a constance with jobs being eliminated to lower cost regions. Management says they are invested in the people, but they use people as pawns in a bigger game especially with the new investors driving.

      Avantages

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Inconvénients

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
