I enjoy the role and the company has done well throughout covid.

I am not paid enough for what I do, as an enterprise company you would think they would have their sh*t together but they really don’t

Inconvénients

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
