Avantages

- Free lunches occasionally if they remember to invite your team - Your peers and equals are incredibly talented and passionate, across all teams - Hard working, intelligent customer support team.

Inconvénients

- Toxic work culture, fostered by two faced management tactics and job insecurity - zero career progression post citrix merger. Unless you're an ex citrix employee you're completely stonewalled. - Zero culture, no one seems to want to take the time to actually get to know their colleagues. It wasn't always this way, but post-merger there's been zero focus on this. - Too many stupid meetings. Be prepared for meetings about meetings with follow up surveys. - Clueless management structure. Direct managers are too busy backstabbing each other and playing politics to genuinely provide any value.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Inconvénients

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
