      Avantages

      The people are amazing. Great team managers, lots of team bonding opportunities There's a mix of people too so you're into socialising, movies, theatre, museums, travelling, music, going out, whatever, there's people to hang out with. Great quarterly incentives for top billers - holidays and so on

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of training aside from the technical stuff - how to use SalesForce and so on There's a lot of laddish banter - fun at times, tiring at other times Not a lot of investment in product - or people so there's a really high turnover

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Avantages

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Inconvénients

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
