Working as a remote employee doesn't feel like isolation. It's been the best experience since going Gitlab since the flexibility provides a control on life while still able to hits sales targets.
Inconvénients
This a rapidly growing software organization that is 100% remote with plenty of growing pains. It's imperative to be the squeaky wheel and speak up when you have questions. Sometimes this isn't communicated upfront & can feel like you're on an island. To that point, we have weekly meetups for local workers to break away from the house routine.
