      Avantages

      Show up at 4, leave by 9, make as much or more in tips as you do in hourly wage. Manager is the sweetest and honestly puts up with too much.

      Can get boring in the summer. Requires standing

      Avantages

      Great place to work during season. Good price point and quality product to back it up. Many nights >180 covers (during season)

      Inconvénients

      turnover is kinda high due to location, season, select staff who have been there for multiple years. promotions can be hard to come by. location of business is snowbird central - summer comes and there is minimal foot traffic. many nights <20 covers (during summer)
