      Avantages

      One positive thing I can say is that the people around the office are genuinely nice and friendly, which makes day-to-day interactions pleasant.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, when it comes to the job itself, I found that management lacked direction and didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of what they were doing. This lack of structure extended throughout the company, making it difficult to do meaningful or effective work. Leadership roles appeared to be awarded based on personal relationships with higher-ups rather than merit or performance. Overall, while the workplace atmosphere on a personal level was good, the organizational and leadership issues made it a frustrating place to work.

      Avantages

      Great international team, fun to work with and very supportive. Fast-growing company with strong potential, a lot of opportunities to learn. For sales roles: travel, exposure to clients, and clear career growth path. You can take initiative and actually see your impact. Not a place where ideas get lost in hierarchy.

      Inconvénients

      Like any startup, not everything is perfectly organized yet. Some processes are still being built while the company grows. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. If you prefer to be guided step by step, with lots of structure, this may not be the right fit.
