      Inconvénients

      If you're not used to a fast-moving environment, it can be overwhelming. Things change quickly, and priorities shift often. Like most startups, there are some limitations in terms of resources, which means you need to be creative with solutions.

      Avantages

      Great international team, fun to work with and very supportive. Fast-growing company with strong potential, a lot of opportunities to learn. For sales roles: travel, exposure to clients, and clear career growth path. You can take initiative and actually see your impact. Not a place where ideas get lost in hierarchy.

      Inconvénients

      Like any startup, not everything is perfectly organized yet. Some processes are still being built while the company grows. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity. If you prefer to be guided step by step, with lots of structure, this may not be the right fit.
