      - Compensation once great but now now average to below par - The workforce are great people with years of experience - Life/Work balance is great

      Inconvénients

      - Limited staff and resources for development to keep current - Company not able to evolve with the markets which limits customer base and opportunities in today's markets - Compensation plans are highly limited

      Avantages

      Great history in the early days of the telecommunications market with good technology, if they can engage customers to sell it.

      Inconvénients

      Incompetent management. Financial instability makes it risky for customers to accept anything but commodity products from this vendor.
