      Avantages

      Great benefit package 9/80 schedule Everyone gets some sort of cash bonus.

      Inconvénients

      No structure to train young engineers straight out of college. New grads are expected to "make things" happen with minimal instructions. There is a constant dash to meet the deadlines on government projects so no grooming occurs. Some management is actually verbally abusive.

      Avantages

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
