      Good work and personal life balance. Very smart and competent people. Decent compensation.

      Inconvénients

      Very weak company culture, to be honest its awful. Poor management hierarchy, possibly too much upper management.

      Avantages

      Great team with lots of smart people. Great raises and bonuses. Flexibility to move around within company to explore other career paths. 9x80 schedule is awesome.

      Inconvénients

      Many processes are slow and not tailored for space.
