Avantages
Interesting products, lots of good people, good opportunity to learn many different engineering disciplines,, CEO easy to talk to, actually listens to feedback, empowers people, and has a good vision for the company.
Inconvénients
Questionable strategic decision making at director and VP levels of the organization causing falling profit margins and wasted efforts for short term revnue gains. Myopic revenue focus decisions frequently hurt operating efficiency. Very odd promotion preference for industrial engineering majors and non-engineering backgrounds compared to mechanical engineering majors.
