      Overall a great company to work at, the office environment is great.

      Inconvénients

      24/7 service means crazy work hours, they will always give you an option to work OT but a schedule change is not promised.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
