      Very fast paced high energy company with an agressive growth strategy. Great people, smart, fun, and committed. Strong share position in all category segments.

      Inconvénients

      Business can be hard to predict based on the unpredictable nature of power outages making it hard manage workflow and meet stategic objectives.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
