Convenient, steady employment if you want it. No pressure work atmosphere employees are left to find things to do because there is no real backbone to the management.
Inconvénients
Management does not consider thoughts and ideas from their employees. A very closed minded mentality. No clear written job description, goals or advancement ladder.
