      Some really talented, friendly people work at Generac

      A small group of executives make most of the decisions, most employees are not empowered to do what is required to really succeed. As an employee, I felt like the company viewed me as an expense, not an asset.

      Rapidly growing. Lots of opportunities to grow.

      Inconvénients

      Very corporate. Increasingly micromanaged. Not scaling the engineering along with its production. High workloads and a lot of stress.
