My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed.
Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
