      Avantages

      Equipment was easy to work on. Co-workers were nice.

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay for the amount they wanted you to know. Every aspect of management were condescending to their employees, and treated them like lower class citizens. Extremely low pay for non-skilled trades employees, and witnessed them be treated like children. Very demoralizing to watch.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
