      - Mission driven company. People are motivated to make a positive impact. - Reasonable compensation. - Interesting engineering challenges to work on. - Good amount of autonomy.

      Inconvénients

      - Distributed workforce makes communication difficult. - Not all leadership is up to the task. - Immature product development organization on the Clean Energy side can be frustrating to work with.

      Avantages

      My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

      Inconvénients

      More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
