      Avantages

      I love the Genentech culture, very pro-employee; however, Roche is changing that.

      Inconvénients

      Roche's Swiss bean-counters ruined a wonderful company. outsourced every R&D position to Quintiles and now they are in trouble trying to keep up with work. would not be surprised if an FDA audit found multiple issues/defects with site/product oversight.

      Great salary and team! The interview process was smooth and effective.

      Inconvénients

      To be determined, but so far many alignment meetings. Some folks have frustuations around the re-org and strategy changes.
