Avantages

Some great people, best in class products and systems. Focussed on growth. Compensation and annual international travel opportunities as a top performer are good.

Inconvénients

Rule by committee - nobody acts without multiple teleconferences/meetings. Becoming too procedure led - trying to 'clone' the competitiors' way of doing things. Minimal opportunity for personal development or career growth unless one lives in Germany, the US, or is willing to relocate.

Learned a lot about what it was like to work in the medical device industry. Chill environment compared to other companies, good work life balance (from an intern’s perspective)

Inconvénients

Hard to receive return offer as an intern/move up in the company from what I heard
