      Avantages

      Job itself is very easy once you get the hang of the documentation platform. You get to speak to different organizations and members of other teams. Co-workers are very supportive and willing to hear you out when having a conflict.

      Inconvénients

      Some unrealistic expectations when it comes to productivity. At times you are held responsible for daily call county if clients don't answer the phone. Some process are constantly changing so it does make it hard at times to create a system for yourself.

      Avantages

      Worked fully remote which worked for me. Great health benefits. Worked for health plan not clinical.

      Inconvénients

      Limited opportunities for growth without a college degree. Typical corporate where they cut resources and make big demands. Many long time employees which I thought was a pro at first, but realized they are stuck in old ways and don’t really want to hear a fresh new perspective or even spend time developing new people. As someone with ambition and interest in contributing, I felt stuck, limited, and bored.
