Avantages
I have been with company for almost a decade and still very much feel inspired by my colleagues, the project work we deliver and clients we work with. While the broader shifts in the market, and growth of the company will undoubtedly continue to change how things operate, we work with people who genuinely care about each other and the quality of the work we deliver.
Inconvénients
We have talented people looking to join us outside of the main hubs in the UK, or those with young families who have recently moved out of London, it may be time to offer remote-first contracts.

You’re right to highlight how both the market and our continued growth are shaping how we operate. As we evolve, maintaining our culture while adapting how and where we work is a key focus.
We appreciate your perspective on remote-first contracts, particularly considering people based outside our main hubs (across all our geographies) or those with changing personal circumstances. We care about flexibility and get good feedback about our current hybrid approach which is intended to balance individual needs with the benefits of in person collaboration for teams and clients. We’ll continue to listen to feedback and explore as part of the ongoing evolution of our employee value proposition (EVP).
Good people, with lots of growth potential - especially in the United States. Very manageable work-life balance, and opportunities to shape your own career trajectory. Motivated people can have huge impact.
Inconvénients
Senior leadership are adjusting slowly to the pressures of international expansion. Company is still maturing in terms of internal processes, which lands on mid-level management.
