      Good benefits. Pleasant working environment

      Inconvénients

      Raises are non-existent. Virtually no chance of advancement. I agree with the poster who mentioned the management team is cliquish. The management team consists of old timers who protect their ranks at all costs. HR doesn't follow their own guidelines. Ask for a raise and you'll be shown the door.

      Inconvénients

      Poor salary, high standards/expectations with overbearing amount of workload and lack of training, constant deadlines, lack of communication with management, favoritism, micromanagement, unrealistic goals, poor office culture.
