      Avantages

      Everyone knows your name. Small business environment allows for a bit more of relaxed feeling.

      Inconvénients

      1099 and pay your S corp fees. No benefits besides pay check. Communication is horrendous between staff members. operations and sales staff constantly combative.

      Small, close-knit company. Lots of domestic travel. Lots of opportunity to learn and develop professional skillset.

      Limited growth potential due to small size of company. Limited benefits package.

      Avantages

      Not sure why anyone is complaining on this site, I love it here. I just found this website after 5 years being employed with GSE AV. It is work, and we have to work to earn our income, sorry...ie its a job. The ops team rocks and delivers what we sell. Leadership is honest and expectations are laid out, no grey areas, so no complaints with what is expected. Checks always clear and never have to haggle about what I am being paid!! i would say to some, if you don't like it, look in the mirror for the excuse....

      The fact that I have to show up to work to earn my income. but isnt that what I signed up for??
