      Avantages

      Extremely nice, super talented and hard working group. Everyone works hard but also knows how to have a good laugh. Great dynamic and partnership across departments. Produces beautiful, integrated campaigns for iconic brand. A very personal and approachable President that is genuinely involved and cares about the staff.

      Inconvénients

      Runs lean and mean so long hours at times. But this is advertising - during crunch times days are always long. When not a crunch time, employees are typically gone by 6/6:30.

      cool projects, book could look nice when you leave depending on what you worked on.

      Inconvénients

      horribly mismanaged. does not protect its creatives, abusive creative directors with huge egos that have been there far too long, repetitive uncreative work. no concept of work/life balance, working under ridiculous timelines.
