      Avantages

      The buildings are kept pretty clean.

      Inconvénients

      They did not compensate for great performance. I was there for over 3 1/2 years and never received a single face to face performance review from any of the leadership team. The 1 performance review that I did receive was so generic that you could tell that the manager was just filling in the box to meet a past due deadline. if you are looking for a job with growth potential this is absolutely not the company to work for. This is a dead end for folks that want to grow or expand their leadership skills.

      Avantages

      A multi-cultural environment with respect, appreciation and true team effort. Over half of the employees have been here for 10-35 years. There is a polite and respectful environment where employees are allowed to be part of the solution and voice their ideas. Excellent benefits and time off with opportunity for growth.
