I worked at Fusion Techlab as Web Developer, and while some aspects of the company were okay, I had a significant issue with the handling of Employee Provident Fund (EPF) contributions. From April 2023 to December 2023, my EPF contributions were not deposited. This is a legal and financial responsibility, yet the company failed to fulfill this obligation. Despite my continuous efforts to get this resolved, including reaching out to the HR department and management multiple times, I received no clear or satisfactory response. I was repeatedly promised that the EPF would be deposited on specific dates, but each time, nothing was done. This lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply concerning. The ongoing delay in my EPF contributions has caused considerable financial stress. EPF is crucial for an employee’s savings and retirement planning, and it’s alarming that such a basic benefit is being mishandled. The company's failure to take responsibility and address the situation in a timely manner reflects poorly on their employee welfare management.

CEO is a psychopathy they dot give salary on time. there any many employees they haven't pay for two - three months. My suggestion to never join this company.
