      There are no pros here.

      Inconvénients

      - Micro management by the person handling operations in India, who is actually a recruiter and some HR. - No appraisal. - No ethics and values. - Bosses are entitled as if doing you a favour by giving the job which is apparently 'remote'. - No value addition to skills and professional growth, basically a dark hole - If you want to attain your dignity then look someplace else.

      Avantages

      As a dedicated offshore development firm, the work is diverse and we have great clients. The team is great to work with as well and the hiring appears to never stop!

      Inconvénients

      Working with new technologies and innovative clients can be challenging and the fast pace is not for everyone.
