Inconvénients
Products / Tech are significantly outdated - making them increasingly hard to sell and simultaneously, clients are very hard to keep. Leadership is under-skilled, over-compensated, and will be the cause of the eventual downfall of the organization. They simply don't care and don't listen. Many of them don't have the necessary education, training, or life skills to be calling the shots; decisions aren't thought through and client experience/needs are not at the forefront of the mandate/road map. Furthermore, I believe they all know this train is headed nowhere, but they're enjoying the ride. Numerous HR concerns/issues that are ignored and/or not taken seriously - completely undermining the integrity of the organization. HR itself (1 person) is remote, makes questionable remarks, has brow-raising opinions, and demonstrates little to no leadership or accountability.
