Avantages
I've worked for FrontStream for a number of years and I love it. While this is not the place for someone who wants a slow pace or the same task day in day out, for someone like me that embraces change, adapts easily and likes to stay really busy, this is the place to be. Through the years there have been a number of changes and acquisitions which cause some ups and downs but the vision remains the same. The current management team has done a great job of keeping everyone in the loop regarding direction. Working in an organization with employees in so many different places can be challenging also but FrontStream provides the tools necessary to bridge the gaps. Sometimes the volume of calls can be difficult to balance with the to do list but if a constant pace is what you seek, this is the place. Many of the teams within FrontStream have such a fantastic team dynamic that it's impressive to watch. Helping one another through mentoring, pulling together to work toward a common vision and recognizing each other's strengths and weaknesses.
Inconvénients
While it works for me, the fast pace and rapidly changing priorities doesn't work for everyone. If you want to sit around and just collect a paycheck without actually doing anything, you should seek employment elsewhere.
