Avantages

Union representation; Paid Covid leave; mileage reimbursement;

Inconvénients

I worked at Frontline for a few months. I was open and upfront about my mental health challenges as well as my ADHD diagnosis. I was let go a few days before my 60 day probationary period, even though I was informed in my review that I was making improvement. The company failed to provide disability assistance as ADHD is a disability backed by the ADA as well as PTSD. They also want case managers to handle a case load of up to 40 clients, clients who are sometime's impossible to reach due to them not having proper forms of communication. This is not the client's issues, due to them being unhoused and a good number of them living in extreme poverty, however some of the expectations set were unrealistic. I know Ohio like many other states are "at will" however there should be better protection for employees with cognitive disabilities. ALSO THE PAY WAS POOR AND NOT VERY FORTHCOMING

As growth continues, some processes and communication are still evolving. Change can take time, and consistency across teams remains an area of focus, though there is ongoing effort to improve.
