-The department I worked in was extremely sexist and racist, only maintaining one ethnicity and one gender despite performance. They would keep people that cannot even do the most basic function of their industry after years being employed there -Their construction falls apart. Both the office and the buildings they develop -They do not pay trades or heavily delayed. 3+ years -Their senior management lie to auditors -They take COVID relief funds from the government while firing high performing team members without notice -They withhold unused vacation pay unless it is asked for -They withhold final cheque payments until company equipment is returned
