      Les supérieurs ne vous aident pas. Ils se contentent de dire que « ce n'est que saisonnier ». Aucun soutien de la direction. Ils parlent de choses négatives dans votre dos. Il existe de meilleurs employeurs.

      Lot Manager, à l'époque, était responsable de la mauvaise ambiance parmi les employés la plupart du temps ...

      Merci beaucoup pour votre avis. Nous apprécions vraiment cela! Nous sommes tout à fait d'accord avec vous - nos employés sont gentils et sympathiques et ils viennent du monde entier! Nous avons une main-d'œuvre très diversifiée et multiculturelle.

      Avantages

      There were a lot of great people just trying to keep their heads above the constant onslaught of high water.

      Inconvénients

      A completely disorganized culture of constantly being behind, lead by a CEO that would rather tweak marketing ads to suit himself rather than understand what the company actually needed to succeed. A GM that constantly managed up, as opposed to actually listening to him team on the floor. It was pointless to try to attempt making any positive impact, because it would be changing next week, when the CEO/Owner/GM had their latest flash in the pan idea. Everything is also hidden behind the "Biblical Values" component, so when bad things are done to the employees they can still sleep at night.
