Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good place to get some basic direct sales experience. Co-workers are nice and experienced.
Inconvénients
Requires insane amount of hours between 60-70 weekly (Mon-Sat). No benefits, 401k or anything of the sort. Pay based only on commission, you will make between 400-600 dollars per week. Immense amount driving required. Had us stationed between two separate offices, which increased the amount of driving required. Overall unless your desperate to get some sales experience, I would not recommend this job. It promises a lot of big things, but in reality the goals are near impossible to achieve and will only have you working more hours for nothing (Based on Commission, not hours put in). Becareful, this is not an easy job and will demand more than you can ever give.
