Employer expects you to work above the required hours just because you are paid salary. The business is structured in a way that the administration team and clinical team are separated and in conflict. Company CEO does not promote a healthy and productive culture. There is no trust between the upper management, and clinical team. The main focus is to bill as many hours as you can regardless of if treatment is being provided or not. HR is a joke and very unprofessional by not being objective. The scheduling is chaos and nobody in the administration team takes responsibility for their actions. Your hard work and efforts are not appreciated unless you adhere to the fraudulent activities of the upper management.
