      Avantages

      I have not been here very long but I have felt so comfortable from the first day I walked in for my interview. I have never had a company welcome me in with such warmth from everyone I met. My team made me feel right at home from the first day I sat with them. There are lots of laughs and fun as well as hard work and changing lives. The CEO is so down to earth and approachable it is unlike any company I've ever worked for. The core values of Foodstate inspire you to change lives including your own, Share the love, enjoy the journey, and pursue your passion being just a few of my favorite. What other company sets aside special paid time off for you to volunteer that does not include your regular PTO? Working for a company that encourages you to change the world really makes you open your eyes and see your full potential. I look forward to many years and a long career here at Foodstate!

      Avantages

      Great benefits and decent pay, work remotely, managers are all very nice and respectful. great work life balance as they have many family friendly benefits.

      Inconvénients

      limited in career development if you are eager to thrive as it's a pretty small company and not many opportunities.

      Avantages

      I saw this company on NH Chronicle and my immediate thought was "How do I become a part of that?" <--- See what I did there? It wasn't "How do I work there?" It was "How do I become a part of that!?" I would be here even if it were on a volunteer basis. This company, it's leaders, all of the beliefs and the amazing culture are in my "Pros" list. I have never come into a job and had such a warm welcome. The culture here is like no other. They don't treat you like a number. I am treated like family. There are constant trainings that help be do my job better and help me grow as a person. They care about me. ME! Not what I can do for them but what they can do for me. How they can help me be better...grow more. The Pro's are endless. I have found my forever career. My home away from home. My passion! Thank you for being the company you are. For the beliefs you hold and for the culture you offer. You are doing it right and making it better every day.

      Cons huh? Well I guess I should play devil's advocate here. Let me think. Well... there is one. The tissues they have here are really rough on my nose. Maybe take a look at that.
